This workshop will be in-person and interactive, including the following activities:

- Preparing you and your pelvic floor for pregnancy and postpartum (by a pelvic floor physiotherapist)
- Exercises to improve childbirth experiences
- Breathing techniques during cervical dilation
- Lactation specialist intervention
- Mini-workout session
- Refreshments included
