Pelvic floor Physiotherapy (PFPT), is a specialized form of physiotherapy for the treatment of bladder, bowel, and pelvic floor muscle dysfunction in men, women, and children. 

PFPT integrates muscle re-education, bowel and bladder habits, the effects of bowel and bladder health, the impact of body mechanics, and the role of posture as it relates to the pelvic floor.

These conditions can cause discomfort and embarrassment and we’re here to help. What you’re going through matters, and we provide a safe space for you.

We understand the highly sensitive nature of many of the conditions we treat and pride ourselves in our ability to put patients at ease allowing them to talk about their concerns in an open way.  All our clinic rooms are private, and all information is kept strictly confidential.

We offer Physiotherapy sessions based on appointments.
