All physiotherapy sessions are scheduled for 1 hour.
If a patient arrives late, the session will still end at the original scheduled time.
Late arrival does not extend the session, and the full session fee still applies.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a late cancellation fee, up to the full cost of the session.
Consecutive Rescheduling Policy
If a patient reschedules an appointment more than two consecutive times, they will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit before securing another appointment.
This deposit will be applied to the future scheduled session but will not be refunded if the appointment is missed, cancelled late, or rescheduled again.
No-Show Policy
Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future visits.
Payment & Fees
All session fees, including late cancellation or no-show fees, must be paid before booking additional appointments.
Deposits and prepaid sessions are non-refundable.
