Our Managing Director, Annakay, brings 14 years of experience in physiotherapy, grounded in a deeply personal journey that has shaped her passion for healing. Her path began after witnessing her grandmother suffer multiple strokes, an experience that opened her eyes to the power of rehabilitation and the urgent need for accessible, high-quality care.
As her career progressed, Annakay developed a strong interest in pelvic health, recognising the limited support available for individuals living with pelvic floor conditions. This inspired her to specialise in the area and to build a practice that delivers not only skilled physiotherapy, but also a safe, supportive environment for patients who are often overlooked or misunderstood.

She is a certified pelvic floor physiotherapist who specialises in Pregnancy and Postpartum care, dry needling and pelvic health (all ages and genders). Her favourite hobby is spending time with
Esther is an easy-going and compassionate person who loves to read and watch movies. She specialises in cupping therapy, and her favourite aspect of physiotherapy is msk. Esther is a very diligent and detail-oriented person who loves to be of aid during the most vulnerable time of someone’s life, the rehabilitation process. She seeks to help people get back on their feet and lead functional lives.
She’s our friendly, organised Office Associate, supporting daily clinic operations with excellent customer service and attention to detail. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling.
